2. Registration and Fees

  • Fee: $ 599 USD, non-refundable.
  • Credit: Fee can be applied towards upgraded coaching packages if used within a specified timeframe after the Challenge completion.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to participants 18 years or older.
  • You must be capable of performing Challenge activities and should consult a healthcare professional before starting.

4. Challenge Requirements

  • Participate for the full six-week duration.
  • Follow provided guidelines and submit progress updates.
  • Possible refund under specific conditions related to completion and documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by FitnessPros365.com, including text, graphics, and digital content, are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Health Disclaimer

The Challenge is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult with a healthcare provider before participating. Participation is at your own risk.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries or damages arising from participation. Our liability is limited to the registration fee.

8. Modifications

FitnessPros365.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changed terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction’s courts or through arbitration as applicable.
