“Get In Shape” Challenge

  • Registration Fee: The fee for the “Get In Shape” Challenge is non-refundable. However, you have the opportunity to win back your registration fee by successfully completing the challenge as per the specified guidelines. This is the only condition under which a refund may be issued.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: No refunds will be provided for voluntary withdrawal, failure to participate, inability to attend sessions, or personal and medical circumstances.

Digital Products

  • Policy: All sales of digital products are final, including but not limited to workout guides, nutrition plans, e-books, and online courses. Due to the instant nature of digital content, refunds or exchanges are not possible once a purchase is completed.

Exceptions

  • Generally, we do not offer refunds outside the challenge completion circumstance. However, in case of technical issues that prevent access to purchased digital products, please contact our customer support. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Services

  • Coaching Packages: If you purchase additional services or upgrade to a coaching package, the refund policy for these offerings will be detailed in their specific terms. Credits from the challenge cannot be refunded or transferred.

Technical Support

  • For technical difficulties accessing digital products, we will provide support to ensure proper delivery. These issues do not qualify for refunds.
